Dr. Aleksandra Guzek is a licensed naturopathic doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). She earned her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
She is a member of both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
With 20 years of experience in community mental health—specializing in crisis intervention and prevention—Dr. Aleks brings a deep psychological foundation to her practice. This continues to inform her whole-person, integrative approach, grounded in the understanding that sustainable physical health is inseparable from emotional and mental well-being.
In clinical practice, she draws on a wide range of naturopathic tools to support diverse concerns, with a special focus on sustainable fat loss, metabolic health, detoxification, brain and neurological function, and mental-emotional resilience.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Aleks embraces the healing power of nature. She enjoys spending time outdoors year-round—skiing in the winter and backcountry canoe camping whenever possible.
